  • The warehouse receives a pick-ticket within seconds, not hours.

3. 360° Buyer Transparency

By syncing ERP status updates (Picking, Packed, Shipped) back to the Salesforce Experience Cloud portal, we gave buyers a self-service "Amazon-like" experience. This included real-time tracking numbers and digital invoice availability.
