About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Workday Security Consultant to support the implementation of a new scheduling tool integrated with an AI Chatbot. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in Workday Security Configuration and Workday Recruiting, along with a strong understanding of integrations and business process optimization.
This is a part-time contract role, ideal for a consultant who can provide strategic and technical support to ensure a secure, seamless, and efficient deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Workday security groups, roles, and permissions within the Recruiting module.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access or configuration issues related to Workday security and integrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support the integration of the new scheduling tool and AI Chatbot.
- Refine and optimize Workday business processes to align with updated scheduling and AI workflows.
- Conduct impact assessments and testing for new configurations or system changes.
- Provide expert advice on Workday security best practices and compliance standards.
- Support issue resolution during UAT and post-go-live stages.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Security or Functional Consultant.
Strong expertise in Workday Security Configuration (domain, business process, and role-based security).
Proven experience with Workday Recruiting configuration and security.
Experience supporting Workday integrations with third-party tools or applications.
Strong understanding of Workday business process frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
