Requirements
Must have experience in SAP FI & CO - Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Bank Accounting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Product Costing and Profitability Analysis
Should have good experience in SAP FI. Minimum 1 End to End Implementation project, working on change requests, Support Incidents as a subject matter expert.
Subject Matter Expert for SAP CO and SAP FI. Work on projects and change requests independently
Lead a team of onsite and offshore consultants to achieve KPI/Metrics of the AMS
Metrics Include achieving SLA Targets for P1/P2/P3/P4/P5, problem tickets, ticket updating and prevent incidents from breaching SLAs
Mentor the team and find the right talent to be as good as the mentor himself
Lead the front-end business and resolve priority issues on a need basis.
Prepare to face P1/P2 on call Support and help business resolve the issues
Provide L2/L3 support in terms of Minor enhancements
Participate in Month end and Year end operations to guide business for effective closure and co-ordinate all integrating modules work completion
Support client IT as single point of contact for all SAP CO and SAP FI topics
Work in North American time zone with USA/CA clients —
This is a Team Lead role but a SAP FI solution architect who is hands on in the system and consulting skills are required
Deep knowledge of SAP and ability to customize, ideally even analyze (ABAP) is required
Expert knowledge in SAP FI business processes in the US Medical industry is required
