About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, custom application development, and aligning solutions with ITIL best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow applications that drive automation and efficiency across the enterprise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Glide APIs within ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise tools (Active Directory, SCCM, Monitoring Tools, HR Systems, etc.).
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and process alignment.
- Strong understanding of data models, ACLs, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Experience in ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and patching.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools is a plus.

Requirements

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or others as required).

  • Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.

  • Develop and enhance Service Portal, Catalog Items, Workflows, Flow Designer, and UI Policies/Actions.

  • Customize ServiceNow through scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.).

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Maintain platform stability, security, performance tuning, and best practices.

  • Participate in Agile development cycles, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and peer reviews.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform issues.

  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to platform governance and best practices.
