About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Salesforce to lead and evolve our Salesforce
ecosystem, driving strategic initiatives and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions. This
role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on Salesforce
experience, a strong understanding of supporting technologies, and a passion for solving
complex business challenges through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple business
units.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, optimization,
and innovation.
• Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts.
• Oversee system configuration, data integrity, integrations, and platform
enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to support adjacent technologies (e.g.,
marketing automation, analytics platforms, ERP systems).
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data privacy standards.
• Drive adoption of new features and capabilities through training and change
management.
• Act as a solution architect for complex business requirements, translating them
into scalable technical designs.

Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service
Cloud, or other modules).
Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Experience supporting and integrating other enterprise technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Architect) are a
strong asset.
Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments preferred.
