About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Salesforce platform, with a focus on programs related to disability services, long-term care, and child care. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and Salesforce Health Cloud, along with a solid background in healthcare or social development services.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead business requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder
collaboration
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and
user stories
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
• Participate in Agile (SAFe) ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and
retrospectives
• Support backlog management by defining, prioritizing, and refining user stories and acceptance
criteria
• Validate delivered solutions through testing support and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Assist with implementation activities, including UAT coordination and stakeholder communication
• Monitor post-go-live performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with public sector or government programs
• Familiarity with disability services, long-term care, or child care program domains
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, Health Cloud Consultant)
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools

Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in a Senior or Lead Business Analyst role
• Proven experience in business requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation
• 2+ years of experience working in Healthcare and/or Social Development Services
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
