About the Role
We are seeking a Field Service Developer to enhance the efficiency of our Field Service business through the implementation of CRM best practices. The ideal candidate will deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience across mobile and desktop platforms, while ensuring system consistency, reliability, and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain real-time integrations between Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Oracle ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize service workflows and tools.
- Develop and sustain a best-in-class Field Service Management platform for internal and external users.
- Ensure data integrity and platform consistency across all systems.
- Deliver an intuitive user experience across mobile and desktop applications.
Requirements
Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Salesforce mobile platforms.
3+ years of experience developing Webservice APIs.
3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
