About the Role
Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to drive the development and optimization of our highly customized Salesforce Health Cloud application. You will play a critical role in enhancing the existing system and implementing scalable, efficient solutions. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is unafraid to challenge existing patterns to achieve the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop custom solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud to meet business needs.
Perform story analysis, design, scheduling for configuration/code, help in quality processes and implementation support
Responsible for setting governance for coding , including DevOps pipelines.
Analyze and enhance the existing Health Cloud application for better performance and scalability.
Promote a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the team.

Salesforce Platform App Builder
Salesforce Platform Developer I
Salesforce Platform Developer II is nice to have

Requirements
8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Health Cloud projects.
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow Builder,SFDC API’s
Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
Exposure to Life Sciences Cloud and healthcare/pharmacy applications is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, APIs, and integration capabilities.
Proven ability to deliver complex Salesforce solutions and solve technical challenges.
Exposure to data migration.
