About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on system integration, complex workflow automation, and data architecture, supporting cross-functional business needs and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Process Builder.
- Design and implement complex workflows and automation to streamline business processes.
- Build and manage integration pipelines between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to platform governance and best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required)
3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, integration frameworks, and data modeling.
Experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
Familiarity with tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or other integration platforms is a plus.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II) are an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
