Requirements

A Day in the Life:

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products. Responsible for the detailed design of technical solutions, effort estimation, Proofs-of-Concept (POC), and documentation of the technical design. Identify and improve processes and drive adoption of best practices and standardized procedures. Define and execute road map for technical debt reduction, performance, improving org health, and app usage. Lead quarterly system audits, generate KPIs to measure Org health, processes, code quality, DevOps and tools, etc. Proactively identify and communicate potential issues or risks. Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.

What You Bring to the Table:
Proven experience in building globally scalable applications that is resilient in hitting the governor limits. Experience in Business Analysis, SFDC Platform Design, and Implementations. In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM/FSM/communities. Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers and coworkers. Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues. Experience in Agile methodologies with the ability to follow internal standards within a scrum delivery team. Experience in release management using at least one continuous integration tool with code versioning best practices and deployment methodologies. Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs and APEX Triggers. A minimum of 5+ years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects. Preferred 2+ years working on FSL/FSM implementation. Certification: Salesforce Platform developer 2 and/or Salesforce Application/System architect. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field.
