About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager with Account Management experience to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and oversee key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions and enterprise software consulting. They will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the company's overall sales strategy.

To thrive in this position, you will:
Monitor real-time opportunities for new business and business expansion in the assigned territory
Build long-term, productive and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers
Primary focus is on following up and converting leads into opportunities
Meet regularly with new customers in the sales territory to understand their evolving needs
Research the market and work on sales strategies for market segments
Participate in development and execution of sales campaigns
Assess opportunities and develop new business within an assigned territory
Sell ideas to customers, clearly communicate advantages for the business
Execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds stated revenue and profit targets
Develop and present solutions that meet customers’ needs and close the sale, including tailor-made solutions
Provide specifications to prospective clients, and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience selling Salesforce solutions or related enterprise software.
Existing network in the Salesforce ecosystem or enterprise IT space.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Requirements

Sales Background: A strong background in professional sales or a combination of consultative sales and project delivery experience

Previous experience in complex business-to-business IT services and solution sales • Previous experience with eCommerce and Salesforce solutions (Marketing Cloud, CRM, Service Cloud, etc.)

Visioning and Value Assessment: Previous experience collaborating with customers through a visioning process, evaluating business value outcomes, and formulating plans to realize that value through a structured program


Business Value Pitching and Negotiation: Proficient in delivering pitches that emphasize business value and effectively negotiate terms aligning with margin targets

Deal Closure and Relationship Building: Recognize the significance of timing in closing deals and can strike a balance between driving the closing cycle and being responsive to the client's needs

Prior experience in a consulting, services, or enterprise software sales environment selling transformational projects

Extensive experience in selling to enterprise clients involving complex buying centers

Fluent in English language is mandatory
