About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to deliver innovative, low-code/no-code solutions that drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
1. Solution Development:
- Design and implement applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows.
- Build Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Azure services, Jira, Confluence, and third-party APIs.
- Develop and manage custom connectors for external systems and services.
- Identify business processes for automation and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
2. Governance & Security:
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and Microsoft best practices.
- Manage environment strategies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and role-based access control.
3. Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide training, documentation, and end-user support for deployed applications.
4.Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on emerging trends within the Power Platform and Microsoft ecosystem.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200/PL-400).
- Experience with Azure cloud integrations and related services.
- Familiarity with other data visualization tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience using Python for data analysis and automation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
Microsoft Certifications: PL-200Â (Functional Consultant) or PL-400Â (Developer).
Proven expertise in handling .csv files, Excel, and data transformation.
Experience integrating with SharePoint Online and Dataverse.
Knowledge of integrating Power Apps with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, and Storage).
Strong proficiency in Power Fx, DAX, and M/Power Query.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data integration techniques.
Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to optimize Power BI dashboards and Power Automate flows for performance.
Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)Â for Power Platform solutions.
Experience in process mapping and process improvement through automation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
