About the Role
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead to take ownership of our NetSuite environment across implementation transition, stabilization, integrations, optimization, and ongoing support.
The ideal candidate will combine strong NetSuite administration and SuiteScript development skills with deep knowledge of ERP processes, eCommerce integrations, NetSuite OneWorld, and cross-functional business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NetSuite implementation transition, stabilization, support, release management, UAT, and post-go-live optimization.
-Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript 2.x solutions, including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, and Suitelet scripts.
- Own end-to-end integrations between NetSuite OneWorld and B2C platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace.
- Design scalable omnichannel order flows, including subsidiary mapping, intercompany transactions, currency, and tax management.
- Configure and support workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, forms, and business processes.
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to optimize business processes.
- Manage implementation partners, consultants, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Establish governance for change management, documentation, access controls, release management, enhancement requests, and system support.
- Troubleshoot system issues and determine whether root causes relate to technical defects, business processes, data quality, or user training.
Preferred Experience:
- Manufacturing or high-volume eCommerce environments.
- Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations.
- 3-Way Match and Item Master Governance.
- RF-Smart and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- MES and QMS integrations.
- Source-to-Pay processes.
- Celigo, Boomi, or other iPaaS platforms.
- REST and SOAP APIs.
- EDI integrations.
- SOX-compliant processes and audit controls.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, ERP consulting, business systems, or enterprise applications.
Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite in a live production environment.
Advanced experience developing with SuiteScript 2.x.
Proven experience integrating NetSuite with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, or similar B2C platforms.
Strong experience with NetSuite OneWorld, including:
Multi-subsidiary environments
Intercompany transactions
Consolidated financial reporting
Currency and tax management
Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, AP/AR, receiving, reporting, and financial controls.
Experience leading UAT, release management, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
