Required skills
Practical experience with AWS (IAM, ECS/EKS, EC2, networking basics)
Hands-on use of AWS CDK or other IaC tools; understands stack design and environment separation
Experience maintaining GitHub Actions pipelines
Strong container debugging skills (logs, env vars, resource limits, entrypoints)
Solid Linux and Bash scripting for automation and troubleshooting
Familiarity with IAM, security concepts, and safe rollout strategies
Ability to debug systematically using logs, metrics, and tracing
Nice to have
Experience with Terraform
Exposure to vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Dependabot, Trivy, Snyk)
Basic familiarity with Azure or ability to translate cloud concepts across providers
On-call or incident response experience
Requirements
We’re looking for an Intermediate Cloud Support Engineer with hands-on experience supporting production workloads in AWS and strong instincts for debugging, security, and reliability. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, CI/CD, and incident response, with real ownership over diagnosing and fixing issues under pressure.
What you’ll do
Support and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure built with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK and/or Terraform)
Maintain and debug CI/CD pipelines (primarily GitHub Actions), including build failures, permissions, secrets, and flaky jobs
Investigate and resolve issues in containerized workloads (ECS and/or Kubernetes)
Help improve IAM and security posture using least-privilege principles without disrupting production
Participate in incident triage, vulnerability response, and post-incident reviews
Collaborate with engineering teams to safely roll out fixes across dev, staging, and production environments
