Salesforce BSA

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce BSA at Winobell Inc. The Salesforce BSA will be responsible for business architecture, analyzing business processes and requirements, and conducting business analysis for Salesforce projects. While the role is based in Toronto, ON, there is flexibility for some remote work ( 2 to 3 days a week ). Qualifications Business Architecture, Business Process, and Business Analysis skills Analytical Skills and Business Requirements understanding Experience in creating detailed business requirements documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Salesforce certification(s) are a plus Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field
